Four Points Realty was started in 2012 by Broker/Owner Mirian Duenas. Mirian was born in Los Angeles, Ca. in the mid 70's. As a child she grew up in San Pedro. During her high school years her parents moved the family to "The Heart Of The Harbor" Wilmington, Ca. Mirian always loved Real Estate, after graduating high school she attended California State University Dominguez Hills, where she graduated with a Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing. While attending the university she worked full time at Great Western Bank as a loan processor. In 1996 Mirian met a high volume Realtor and began working in Real Estate Sales. In 1997 she helped launch a Real Estate Office. She managed and sold Real Estate for O'Neil & Associate Realtors for 6 years. In 2003 she joined "RE/MAX Beach Cities Realty" While at RE/MAX, Mirian continued her education to better service her clients needs. Mirian is a licensed Notary Public as well as a Licensed General Contractor. In 2012 Mirian became a licensed Real Estate Broker and has now opened "Four Points Realty". Four Points Realty is a full service Real Estate company.
